Get Immediate results with complex dizziness
Inside the Positive Spin on Dizziness Series, you will learn a PROVEN approach to assess & treat complex dizziness. Help more patients while simplifying your work!
Could you use some tools for patients to have an off switch for their dizziness?
I know I did--and thank goodness for these courses!
Complex dizziness, visual motion hypersensitivity, vestibular migraine---it can all be so overwhelming! Do you ever feel like....
Sometimes it just doesn't make sense...
You've encountered some patients whose dizziness fluctuates without reason or seems more complex and layered than you originally thought
You totally get that there are different sensory systems involved in balance...
BUT your current way of figuring sensory weighting principles between the different systems feels a little haphazard and hit or miss
You've heard of the diagnoses of Vestibular Migraine, MdDs, and Meniere's...
BUT you aren't really sure how to successfully treat these conditions and are struggling to find good resources that help you provide tailored treatments for your clients.
The Positive Spin Series is for Therapists Who
✔ Finds complex dizziness challenging and want a framework to simplify the complexity
✔ Are looking for something beyond the basics of vestibular rehabilitation so you can treat the most complex dizziness confidently.
✔Want to dissect the complexities involved with fluctuating symptoms and altered functional connectivity associated with VM, MD, and MdDS to get better outcomes
✔ Want to get patients better A LOT faster and refer out to right people for help
✔ Want to learn more about how to create and dose a custom sensory weighting program with guidance on progression/regression with diagnoses that have fluctuating symptoms
✔Want to know how tease out and treat hypersensitivities in the vestibular system so you can treat them effectively
✔Want the inside scoop on optic flow and how it relates to visual motion hypersensitivity so they can decrease the overwhelm of visual symptoms
✔ Want to learn how to address the autonomic nervous system so you can enhance neuroplasticity and manage symptoms
By the end of this series you will be a rockstar at assessing and treating complex dizziness. Being able to.....
Differentiate between Vestibular Migraine, Meniere's, and MdDS using established diagnostic criteria
Apply a sensory weighting framework in the assessment and treatment of multisensory dizziness and imbalance due to Vestibular Migraine, Meniere's and MDdS
Help your patients with Vestibular Migraine, Meniere's, and MdDS identify triggers, understand the role of inflammation and altered functional connectivity, and decide which lifestyle changes can be made to restore autonomy
Dive deeper to differentiate between canal and otolith dysfunction and hypersensitivity using assessment strategies that you may not have learned in school
Address reweighting by discovering the best strategy/sensory system that calms the sense of abnormal motion and know how to restore normal reweighting
Develop and progress a treatment plan that considers fluctuating symptoms and hypersensitivity

"EVERYTHING. I particularly appreciated all of the charts and clear breakdowns on how to assess and categorize each person based on the exam and what box they might fit in. Then again having clear ideas of how this determines treatment." - D.T.
"I am feeling more confident with chronic cases and with general "dizziness" where there is not a clear diagnosis. Particularly useful for managing motion sensitivities and visual motion sensitivities." - T.B.
"This course was a wonderfully comprehensive presentation on how to identify, diagnose, and treat rare forms of dizziness. I now feel more confident in assessing not only the visual, somatosensory, and vestibular aspects of dizziness, but also the otolith and autonomic components! I can't wait to spend more time reviewing the materials presented in this course so that I can treat my patients in a way that is more individualized and paced properly for their recovery. THANK YOU!!!" -N.P.
